By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. A website for the trade

The website presents our materials to perfumers, formulators, sourcing teams and other professionals in the fragrance, cosmetic and natural ingredients trade. Our materials are sold business to business and are not offered to consumers through this site.

3. Information on this website

We take care to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate. Figures on the website are typical values. The values for each lot are those on its Certificate of Analysis.

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability, harvest allocation and lead times are confirmed only in a written quotation from us.

You are responsible for deciding whether a material suits your use, and for meeting the rules that apply in your market, such as IFRA Standards and, in the EU, REACH and the Cosmetics Regulation.

4. Samples and orders

• Samples are for evaluation only. They may not be resold.
• We decide whether to send a sample and in what quantity.
• Orders are governed by our quotation, proforma invoice or supply contract. If those documents differ from these terms, those documents apply.
• Please give accurate details when you request a sample, so that we can ship it and meet customs requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, film, design, the L’Or Champaca name and the lotus mark on this website belong to PRMC Naturals Pvt Ltd or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages to evaluate our materials. Any other use, including copying content to another website or using our name or mark, needs our written permission.

6. Using the website properly

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• break any law, or help anyone else to do so
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or our systems
• introduce viruses or other harmful code
• collect content or data by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website
• submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms
